About the role
- Support key AFS initiatives aimed at enhancing the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow CMDB solutions
- Work closely with project leadership to interpret requirements, communicate business problems, and design appropriate technical solutions
- Support implementation activities, updates to business processes, and deliver training and education to ensure smooth adoption
- Improve the accuracy, maturity, and security posture of the CMDB across the organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform
- Experience designing ServiceNow CMDB solutions
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures and workflows
- Strong collaboration skills for working with and presenting to cross‑functional stakeholders
- Experience supporting implementation activities and process improvements
- Experience developing or supporting training for technical or process updates
- US Citizenship required
