About the role
- Develop comprehensive learning approaches that align with and advance a federal agency healthcare transformation initiative.
- Analyze the organizations' strategic training objectives, workforce capabilities, and performance gaps.
- Help develop enterprise-wide training strategies addressing the unique needs of diverse healthcare roles.
- Translate federal healthcare modernization initiatives into comprehensive learning roadmaps.
- Establish strategic frameworks for measuring learning effectiveness and business impact.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- 5+ years of experience with adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) and / or ATD Certification
