The Senior Architect is a highly experienced and certified ServiceNow Architect ready to lead and design the integration of ServiceNow Platform solutions.
Ensure all designs created are reusable, reliable, and adaptive and oversee application architecture and develop roadmaps while being able to ask and answer advanced technical questions.

Requirements

8+ Years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including platform architecture and enterprise module implementation
Proven Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
Demonstrated expertise in deploying modules such as GenAI, ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HAM, HR, SPM, IRM, and CMDB
Extensive experience across the platform and with integrated third-party technologies
One or more of the following ServiceNow certifications:
ServiceNow Technical Architect certification
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified System Analyst (CSA)
Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)
US Citizenship
