Requirements

Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities
7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform
Implementation and support experience in ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) and/or Customer Service Management (CSM)
Familiarity with implementation of NowAssist and Virtual Agent
Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining existing ServiceNow applications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist in CSM or PSDS
Active secret clearance required
