- Support a functional work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices
- Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations
- Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
- Demonstrate design options through prototyping
- Configure and test the Workday system
- Understand and apply Workday methodologies
- Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder collaboration
- Support innovation through creation of new industry leading methods
Requirements
- Existing and up to date Workday HCM Partner Certification
- 2+ years of Workday Implementation experience
- 3+ years of consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%
