5+ years of experience supporting requirements gathering and functional testing for agile development projects in ServiceNow
ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) OR Customer Service Management (CSM) experience
Familiarity with NowAssist and Virtual Agent capabilities
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Active secret clearance required
