About the role

  • Support the analysis and drive the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow HRSD related technical capabilities
  • Provide support to the ITAM Technical Lead and other ServiceNow SMEs on project
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, define, and document detailed requirements, use cases, and technical solution

Requirements

  • 6+ ServiceNow development experience including: Requirements Gathering, Design, Build, Test, and Deployment
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow HRSD
  • Prior experience leading a development team within an Agile Scrum environment
