About the role
- Analyze and document the current People technology landscape, including systems of record, workflow platforms, intelligence services, and experience layers.
- Partner with PPL leadership to develop and refine a multi‑year PPL tech stack strategy and roadmap aligned to enterprise architecture and People strategy.
- Define capability‑based frameworks to guide buy, build, and extend decisions across HR systems.
- Identify fragmentation, redundancy, governance gaps, and opportunities for consolidation or intentional differentiation.
- Produce executive‑ready artifacts (maps, decision frameworks, roadmaps) to support alignment with PPL LT and cross‑functional partners.
- Act as a strategic partner to Solution Design and Product teams, without owning engineering delivery.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technology Strategy Analyst.
- Experience analyzing HR technology ecosystems and enterprise platforms.
- Strong ability to map capabilities, systems, and operating models.
- Experience developing technology roadmaps and strategic frameworks.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to translate business strategy into technology implications.
- Must-Have Skills: Senior-level experience in HR technology strategy and roadmap development.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, architecture, and operating model design.
- Ability to synthesize complex or ambiguous information and communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HRIS ecosystems (Workday), enterprise people systems, and modern product / experience platforms is helpful.
- No hands‑on configuration required.
