About the role

  • - Design user interfaces for web and mobile products that are easy to use and visually appealing
  • - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • - Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
  • - Work directly with product managers and developers to turn ideas into finished products
  • - Make design decisions independently without needing constant oversight
  • - Deliver design work on tight deadlines while maintaining quality
  • - Present and explain your design choices to stakeholders
  • - Iterate quickly based on feedback and testing results
  • - Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all products

Requirements

  • - 6+ years of releavant experience in product design or UX/UI design
  • - Strong portfolio showing your design process and finished work
  • - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • - Proven track record of delivering projects on time
  • - Experience working in fast-paced environments with quick turnarounds
  • - Strong communication skills to collaborate with different customers
  • - Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • - Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects

  • - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
