• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise routing and switching infrastructure across data center and campus environments.

Network Operations Engineer

Sales

• Own the full-cycle enterprise sales process for net-new logos, from prospecting and qualification through solution shaping, negotiation, and close.
• Develop and execute a targeted territory and account plan to win new customers in identified verticals and accounts, consistently generating new qualified pipelines.
• Engage and present to C-level executives, line-of-business leaders, and IT, articulating Accellor’s value proposition in terms of ROI to the customer.
• Collaborate with solutions and practice leaders to design compelling proposals and POVs that address each prospect’s specific operational challenges.
• Build and manage accurate forecasts and deal strategies in Salesforce, maintaining a disciplined approach to pipeline hygiene, qualification, and next steps.
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes, orchestrating internal and external resources to drive consensus and progress toward close.
• Represent the “voice of the customer” back into Accellor, sharing insights that drive solutions development to drive deal velocity.

Enterprise Sales Manager

Product Manager

• Own the product definition and execution of enterprise AI applications, workflows, and features from discovery through release and adoption.
• Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to identify business problems, frame opportunities, and convert them into clear product requirements and delivery plans.
• Shape AI-first user experiences, including copilots, assistants, agentic workflows, decision-support tools, and human-in-the-loop enterprise applications.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into structured product artifacts such as problem statements, user journeys, PRDs, acceptance criteria, prioritization frameworks, and release scope.
• Partner closely with engineering, UX, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure product intent is translated into practical, scalable solutions.
• Drive workshops, requirement discovery sessions, stakeholder reviews, demos, and alignment discussions with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
• Build lightweight prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and product mock flows using modern AI tools, no-code/low-code methods, vibe coding, and basic design/prototyping techniques where useful.
• Help define and refine AI use cases involving agents, orchestration, retrieval, workflow automation, and enterprise system integration.
• Maintain a sharp eye for detail across business requirements, product behavior, user experience, and delivery quality.

Senior AI Product Manager

Backend Engineer

• Design and implement user-facing applications in either React with TypeScript and/or Flutter with Dart.
• Familiar with Module Federation pattern.
• Implement and maintain Redux Toolkit state, async flows, and resilient UI (loading/error/empty states).
• Integrate REST and, where applicable, GraphQL (Apollo) including real-time patterns over WebSockets.
• Write and maintain Jest + Testing Library tests; contribute to Playwright E2E where the product uses it; use MSW (or equivalent) for realistic API mocking.
• Collaborate on Express-based dev/prod serving, proxies, and security-minded defaults (headers, rate limits) where the codebase applies them.

• Participate in Agile development processes, including planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
