About the role

  • Lead the design and implementation of solutions connecting Accellor's platforms with the TikTok ecosystem, leveraging TikTok APIs to enhance marketing, e-commerce, and analytics.
  • Develop and maintain the overall architecture for integrating systems with TikTok's APIs, including TikTok for Business API and Developer API.
  • Oversee development, implementation, and maintenance of integration workflows to ensure robustness, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to define integration requirements and deliver business-aligned solutions.
  • Implement best practices for data synchronization, authentication (OAuth), and security to protect sensitive information.
  • Monitor TikTok's API changes, features, and policies and adapt integration strategy accordingly.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and act as primary technical contact for performance optimization.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integration processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, such as an Integration Architect, Solutions Architect, or Senior API Developer.
  • Proven experience designing and building complex, API-driven integrations.
  • Direct experience with the TikTok for Business API or other social media platform APIs.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, e-commerce platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth 2.0.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
  • Possess rich e-commerce industry experience, or able to quickly develop a solid understanding of the e-commerce business.
  • Demonstrable domain knowledge of e-commerce integrator applications such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Channel Advisor, Shopify, etc especially desired.
  • Experience with integration platforms (iPaaS) like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Zapier is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
