About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a first point of contact for team member inquiries and clarification
  • Administer benefit programs, including enrollments and terminations, qualifying life events, and leaves of absence
  • Coordinate employee offboarding processes, including involuntary termination meetings
  • Maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy while maintaining appropriate data security and confidentiality
  • Assist with the integration of the HR functions during company acquisitions
  • Deliver human resource services to support the overall business goals
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to company HR policies and procedures
  • Facilitate a positive and inclusive workplace by encouraging open communication, teamwork, and mutual respect
  • Support grievance, conflict, and performance management processes in accordance with company policy and legal requirements
  • Champion employee engagement through organization-wide communication initiatives and feedback channels
  • Provide support to the Group Director, People, regarding ad hoc data, analysis, special projects, and reporting needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field required, certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Ability to contribute to HR strategy, along with effective leadership and change management skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Empathetic and emotionally intelligent
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Collaborative and accountable team player
  • Resourceful and innovative problem solver
