Human Resources Generalist
Accelerated Digital Media. Serve as a first point of contact for team member inquiries and clarification .
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a first point of contact for team member inquiries and clarification
- Administer benefit programs, including enrollments and terminations, qualifying life events, and leaves of absence
- Coordinate employee offboarding processes, including involuntary termination meetings
- Maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy while maintaining appropriate data security and confidentiality
- Assist with the integration of the HR functions during company acquisitions
- Deliver human resource services to support the overall business goals
- Ensure compliance and adherence to company HR policies and procedures
- Facilitate a positive and inclusive workplace by encouraging open communication, teamwork, and mutual respect
- Support grievance, conflict, and performance management processes in accordance with company policy and legal requirements
- Champion employee engagement through organization-wide communication initiatives and feedback channels
- Provide support to the Group Director, People, regarding ad hoc data, analysis, special projects, and reporting needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience
- Degree in Human Resources or related field required, certification preferred.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Ability to contribute to HR strategy, along with effective leadership and change management skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Empathetic and emotionally intelligent
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Collaborative and accountable team player
- Resourceful and innovative problem solver
