Lead and oversee the team to develop a motivated, skilled, and cohesive team
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and annual performance reviews with direct reports
Develop, write and build email / SMS marketing campaigns and workflows that align with brand guidelines
Collaborate with Client Success Manager, designers, and other team members
Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and stakeholders
Continuously monitor the performance of email campaigns and workflows
Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry best practices and legal standards

Requirements

4+ years of experience preferred
Preferred experience with email service providers such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, and MailChimp
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, as well as visual through diagrams and concepts)
Writing skills are a must
2-3 years of people management
Excellent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and time management skills
Accountability in ensuring brand and design standards are met on every project
Actively stays updated with the latest trends in email marketing
