About the role
- Lead and oversee the team to develop a motivated, skilled, and cohesive team
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and annual performance reviews with direct reports
- Develop, write and build email / SMS marketing campaigns and workflows that align with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with Client Success Manager, designers, and other team members
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and stakeholders
- Continuously monitor the performance of email campaigns and workflows
- Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry best practices and legal standards
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience preferred
- Preferred experience with email service providers such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, and MailChimp
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, as well as visual through diagrams and concepts)
- Writing skills are a must
- 2-3 years of people management
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Accountability in ensuring brand and design standards are met on every project
- Actively stays updated with the latest trends in email marketing
