About the role
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all search engine marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients and senior management to develop and execute paid search strategies.
- Manage a team of Leads, Senior Paid Search Strategists, and Paid Search Strategists.
- Optimize campaigns and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Develop comprehensive Quarterly Business Reports (QBRs).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and present strategic recommendations.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and implement optimization techniques.
- Manage budgets for SEM campaigns and provide recommendations for adjustments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
- Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in SEM and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SEM campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) and emerging trends.
- Experience working with a diverse range of clients and industries.
