About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete patient interviews to investigate and resolve medical claims.
  • Phone coverage and voicemails.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Handle email correspondence and ensure timely and accurate information is provided.
  • Sending faxes, scanning, and making copies as needed.
  • Create new patient accounts as needed and maintain account accuracy in all company and hospital systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Platform.
  • Experience with medical terminology and third-party liability preferred.
  • Background in medical billing/claim processing and understanding of UB04 and CMS1500 forms preferred.
