About the role
- Maintain comprehensive accuracy of the Salesforce CRM
- Execute timely end-to-end processing of incoming funds
- Monitor and manage data quality by identifying missing fields and flagging inconsistencies
- Provide operational support including sending donor acknowledgment letters as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years experience with key responsibilities
- Strong focus on Salesforce platform, particularly Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
- Demonstrated experience in Salesforce data entry and database management, preferably in nonprofit development, fundraising, or grants team
