About the role
- Key role in further building and scaling the sewer and pipe cleaning business unit
- Active new customer acquisition, including conducting sales calls, presentations and contract negotiations
- Establishing long-term customer relationships
- Building scalable sales processes and structures
- Close collaboration with product management to further develop the software based on market feedback
Requirements
- Several years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, ideally in a software or SaaS environment
- Experience entering and expanding into new markets or industries
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills combined with a hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high self-motivation and strong closing ability
- Native-level German language skills
