About the role
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects and schedule demo/presentation appointments to showcase the software
- Create personalized emails and track responses to secure appointments
- Reach out to potential customers via social media channels
- Maintain and update the customer database in the CRM system
Requirements
- Practical experience in outbound telephone sales (new customer acquisition)
- Good basic technical understanding
- Fluent / business-level German language skills
- Ideally, initial experience in software and/or service sales
- Prior experience in prospecting via email and social media is an advantage
