About the role

  • Preparing and conducting online trainings for the Project-Center software solution
  • Guiding new customers through the entire onboarding process
  • Documenting onboarding processes for continuous improvement
  • Advising customers on the optimal design of their internal processes
  • Updating training materials and help articles in the Help Center
  • Providing support to customer service as needed

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in delivering trainings and/or coaching—ideally in a software environment
  • Solid experience in customer-facing roles, onboarding, or Customer Success Management
  • Good technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and understandably
  • Communicative, service-oriented, and comfortable with direct interaction with customers
  • German language skills at native-speaker level
