About the role
- Preparing and conducting online trainings for the Project-Center software solution
- Guiding new customers through the entire onboarding process
- Documenting onboarding processes for continuous improvement
- Advising customers on the optimal design of their internal processes
- Updating training materials and help articles in the Help Center
- Providing support to customer service as needed
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in delivering trainings and/or coaching—ideally in a software environment
- Solid experience in customer-facing roles, onboarding, or Customer Success Management
- Good technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and understandably
- Communicative, service-oriented, and comfortable with direct interaction with customers
- German language skills at native-speaker level
