About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect companies and brands for sponsorship of CS Academy events.
  • Conduct consultative negotiations with decision-makers.
  • Present commercial proposals and build partnership solutions.
  • Manage the sales funnel from initial contact to close.
  • Perform follow-ups and maintain relationships with clients and sponsors.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Events to deliver high-impact experiences.
  • Continuously seek new business opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Be highly communicative and persuasive.
  • Be skilled at building connections and opening doors.
  • Enjoy dynamic environments and the events industry.
  • Have energy, strong presence, and a consultative approach.
  • Be organized to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously.
  • Be goal- and results-oriented.
  • Be resilient — not afraid to hear "no" and keep pursuing the next "yes".
  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in active prospecting (hunter profile).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
  • Experience selling sponsorships, media, advertising, or events is a major plus.
