About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect companies and brands for sponsorship of CS Academy events.
- Conduct consultative negotiations with decision-makers.
- Present commercial proposals and build partnership solutions.
- Manage the sales funnel from initial contact to close.
- Perform follow-ups and maintain relationships with clients and sponsors.
- Work closely with Marketing and Events to deliver high-impact experiences.
- Continuously seek new business opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be highly communicative and persuasive.
- Be skilled at building connections and opening doors.
- Enjoy dynamic environments and the events industry.
- Have energy, strong presence, and a consultative approach.
- Be organized to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously.
- Be goal- and results-oriented.
- Be resilient — not afraid to hear "no" and keep pursuing the next "yes".
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Experience in active prospecting (hunter profile).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
- Experience selling sponsorships, media, advertising, or events is a major plus.
