About the role

  • Make a high volume of daily calls and contacts via WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn to qualify leads
  • Identify and understand the needs of potential customers
  • Present solutions in an objective and consultative manner
  • Prepare commercial proposals and perform regular follow-ups
  • Log and organize all interactions in the CRM
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure an efficient customer handover
  • Monitor performance indicators and participate in strategic meetings

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Experience or ability in B2B prospecting (phone, email and social networks) and knowledge of Inbound and Outbound Marketing/Sales
  • Analytical, organized and proactive profile, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with targets, under pressure and facing challenges while maintaining focus and resilience
  • Strong communication, argumentation and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) is a plus
