About the role
- Make a high volume of daily calls and contacts via WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn to qualify leads.
- Identify and understand prospective customers' needs.
- Present solutions in an objective, consultative manner.
- Prepare commercial proposals and perform constant follow-ups.
- Log and organize all interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure an efficient handover of clients.
- Monitor performance indicators and participate in strategic meetings.
Requirements
- High school diploma;
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience or ability in B2B prospecting (phone, email, and social media) and knowledge of Inbound and Outbound Marketing/Sales;
- Analytical, organized, and proactive profile with attention to detail;
- Ability to work with targets, under pressure and challenges, maintaining focus and resilience;
- Strong communication, persuasion/argumentation, and teamwork skills;
- Knowledge of CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) is a plus.
