About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with professionals across behavioral health, special education, and developmental disability sectors to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other direct care staff both virtually and in-person as needed.

  • Stay current with the latest practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) through ongoing professional development.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs preferred.
  • Strong grasp of ABA principles, intervention strategies, and data collection methods.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting in-person obligations as needed.
  • Background in special education or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
