People Operations Apprentice
Acacium GroupPeople Operations Apprentice joining People & Culture team at Acacium Group. Supporting HR services, onboarding, and compliance in a dynamic healthcare environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the onboarding process by preparing contracts, issuing employment documentation and maintaining employee records across our People platforms.
- Assist with compliance activities including right to work checks, DBS renewals, professional registration checks and audit preparation.
- Provide high-quality administrative support across key people processes, including contractual changes, probation reviews, working parent cases and offboarding activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service by acting as a first point of contact for colleague and manager queries through the People & Culture inbox.
- Ensure employee data remains accurate and up to date across all People systems and platforms.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support wider People & Culture projects as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- No previous HR experience required.
- A genuine interest in developing a career in People, HR or Employee Experience.
- Willingness and commitment to complete a relevant apprenticeship qualification.
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or office-based environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
