About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively call healthcare professionals to chase compliance documents & assist with ensuring all requirements are met so the candidates are ready to work.
- Retain healthcare workers by building a continual relationship, gaining buy-in, rapport and trust.
- Liaise with our internal teams to gain insight on priority areas and to provide updates on progress.
- Manage our shared mailbox, responding to queries from clients and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer service experience
- Any data entry or administrative role in an office
- Proven experience dealing with a high volume of calls
