About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Check all relevant documentation as provided by applicants, ensuing that they meet our compliance requirements
- Take inbound and outbound calls to our healthcare workers to discuss compliance and training courses available
- Ensure accurate records are kept of workers on our internal databases updating when necessary
- Ensure that our healthcare workers have a positive experience from the outset and throughout and queries regarding their compliance and training are handled in a timely manner
Requirements
What you’ll need- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous administration experience with strong attention to detail
- Driving license and access to a vehicle
