About the role

  • Run predefined queries and reports to identify documentation requiring updates
  • Format, compile, and publish release notes using established templates and standards
  • Complete quarterly and recurring updates to list-based and reference documentation
  • Ensure content adheres to documentation standards, style guides, and formatting requirements
  • Track documentation updates and maintain change records and checklists
  • Collaborate with technical writers, product teams, and SMEs to gather required update inputs
  • Follow established documentation workflows and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and quality

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree, plus at least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and formatting standards
  • Strong written communication skills (grammar, clarity, and formatting)
  • Ability to manage recurring tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in administrative, operations, documentation, QA, or support role (including internships or relevant coursework)
  • Comfort working with structured content such as lists, tables, templates, and checklists
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Confluence and Jira experience or familiarity
  • Experience using AI-powered tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar assistants)
  • Comfort adapting to new technologies and automation tools as part of documentation processes
