About the role

  • The QA Analyst supports the broader QA function by executing assigned DQC checks, documenting results, and escalating exceptions for review to support audit‑ready quality outcomes.
  • Execute assigned QA/DQC reviews.
  • Document findings accurately and consistently.
  • Escalate defects, exceptions, or uncertainties.
  • Follow defined quality standards and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of AML/KYC or compliance experience.
  • Cayman and Luxembourg AML experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
  • Ideally, you’ll also have: Major or concentration in compliance, criminal justice, law, business, accounting, finance, and/or economics preferred.
