About the role

  • The Associate Project Coordinator (Associate PC) is responsible for coordinating projects across all ACDC Divisions while ensuring Project Management Office (PMO) standards, systems, and frameworks are consistently applied.
  • Supports Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle and plays a critical role in compliance, quality assurance, project health monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Coordinate projects across all Divisions, enforcing PM framework compliance metrics.
  • Administer ACDC’s project and business management systems throughout all project phases.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives through client-facing support and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in PMO operations, project coordination, or project analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience operating project management or business systems such as Productive, Salesforce, Monday.com, Atlassian, or similar platforms
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsored visa is required.
  • Must pass company and any applicable client background check and reference check upon offer of employment.
