About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Associate Project Coordinator (Associate PC) is responsible for coordinating projects across all ACDC Divisions while ensuring Project Management Office (PMO) standards, systems, and frameworks are consistently applied.
Supports Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle and plays a critical role in compliance, quality assurance, project health monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Coordinate projects across all Divisions, enforcing PM framework compliance metrics.
Administer ACDC’s project and business management systems throughout all project phases.
Support quality assurance initiatives through client-facing support and engagement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
1+ years of experience in PMO operations, project coordination, or project analysis.
2+ years of experience operating project management or business systems such as Productive, Salesforce, Monday.com, Atlassian, or similar platforms
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsored visa is required.
Must pass company and any applicable client background check and reference check upon offer of employment.
