About the role
- The Associate Project Coordinator (Associate PC) is responsible for coordinating projects across all ACDC Divisions while ensuring Project Management Office (PMO) standards, systems, and frameworks are consistently applied.
- Supports Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle and plays a critical role in compliance, quality assurance, project health monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Coordinate projects across all Divisions, enforcing PM framework compliance metrics.
- Administer ACDC’s project and business management systems throughout all project phases.
- Support quality assurance initiatives through client-facing support and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in PMO operations, project coordination, or project analysis.
- 2+ years of experience operating project management or business systems such as Productive, Salesforce, Monday.com, Atlassian, or similar platforms
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsored visa is required.
- Must pass company and any applicable client background check and reference check upon offer of employment.
