💰 $65,000 - $70,000 per year

About the role

  • Perform routine Salesforce configuration and administrative tasks
  • Support user requests and implement incremental system changes
  • Assist in improving overall system stability and performance
  • Manage and support client-created cases within Salesforce
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards
  • Support data quality initiatives, including data validation and cleanup

Requirements

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce in a professional, internship, or project-based environment
  • 1+ Experience building or modifying **at least 2–3 Salesforce features** (e.g., Flows, Lightning pages, or LWCs)
  • Google IT Support Certification
  • Currently residing within reasonable daily commuting distance to Tallahassee, FL
  • **Experience/Education Preferred:**
  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder (or actively pursuing) certification
  • 1+ years experience with source control tools (Git, Bitbucket, GitHub)
  • 1+ years experience of Agile or Scrum development environments
  • 1+ years experience supporting users or working in a ticket-based support model
  • Candidates within reasonable commuting distance to Tallahassee, FL are preferred.
