About the role
- Lead the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and demand generation initiatives for the organization
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals and revenue targets
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across all channels
- Drive demand generation, lead acquisition, and customer retention initiatives
- Oversee digital marketing, content, performance marketing, and social media strategies
- Collaborate closely with Sales to optimize pipeline growth and conversion rates
- Manage marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and performance analytics

- Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning
- Strengthen public relations, corporate communications, and thought leadership

Requirements
- Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies that drive business growth
- Must have oil & gas Industry experience
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams
- Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Customer Success)
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and demand generation
- Experience operating in global or multi-regional markets
- High level of commercial awareness and business acumen
