• Report to the Assistant Compliance Manager - Europe
• Conduct compliance assessments and provide compliance and risk mitigation requirements for the organization
• Responsible for daily compliance operations, including retail and corporate onboarding, screening, and conducting enhanced due diligence
• Monitor cryptocurrency-related transactions and alerts, assess potential risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Proactively identify and communicate deficiencies or gaps with regulatory compliance
• Conduct compliance risk assessment programs
• Perform KYC checks and Due Diligence on clients
• Advise on and escalate higher risk relationships and reputation risks arising from CDD and customer screening
• Liaise directly with account executives to collect relevant information/documentation from clients
• Maintain the Company’s regulatory and compliance documents
• Provide full support on all regulatory and compliance matters
