About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently negotiate, maintain sustainable processes and accurate data, and support ongoing Supply Chain projects
- Create purchase orders according to internal process specifications and procurement guidelines
- Conduct daily price inquiries with suppliers to prepare orders
- Review daily shortage and ATP lists for product demand requirements
- Support project teams in obtaining quotes for project/contract inquiries
- Collaborate on and assist with developing tools and ongoing continuous improvement projects
- Own supply planning and inventory management for designated product lines based on Supply Chain strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required, or at least 4 years of related experience in lieu of the degree
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Employment eligibility verification required at hire
- Visa sponsorship is not available
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of Supply Chain management and purchasing methods
- Knowledge of Oracle Applications or similar ERP systems
- Ability to lawfully obtain access to export-controlled items
