About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide procurement administrative support service for a diverse customer base
- Obtain quotations from suppliers
- Creating purchase orders and making any necessary modifications
- Coordinate approval of POs
- Managing catalogue content
- Respond to customer service and supplier inquiries and clarify requirements and provide information as needed
- Meet all audit guidelines and ensure adherence to Procurement Service Center Team process and procedures
- Ensure high levels of Customer Service and satisfaction in a challenging Shared Services environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least secondary school certificate
- English language capabilities
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong customer orientation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to cope with pressure
- Effective organizational skills
- Confidence
- University or college degree (preferred)
- Procurement/Requisition to pay experience (preferred)
