Key responsibilities & impact

Enter and edit all necessary orders and changes as required into Oracle
Review proper inventory allocations vs. customer backlog to determine allocation of parts.
Review and manage weekly specific customer backlog reports for credit, sub inventories, customer holds and stock reserves.
Assists Sales to access EDI accounts for specific customers and the processing of orders as required
Takes information from customers regarding order discrepancies. Coordinates RMAs and resolutions
Handle difficult customer related situations and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinates with other Howmet Sites and third-party vendors to provide response to customer inquiries.
Follows up and coordinates with other Simi Valley departments to provide response to customer inquiries.

What you’ll need

High school diploma.
3-Year minimum Customer Service experience.
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
