- - Have helped improve design quality, systems, or ways of working beyond your immediate area.
- - Can make good decisions with incomplete information and evolving constraints.
- - Are energised by helping a growing company mature its design practice.
- - Experience in healthcare or B2B SaaS is a bonus.
