About the role

  • Implementation of Data Domain, Avamar, IDPA solutions for clients
  • Test and validate Dell DPS products with Abtech’s StorTrust DR cloud
  • Pre/post-sales support for Abtech’s StorTrust DR cloud

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of positioning and/or deploying Dell Data Protection products (Data Domain, Avamar, IDPA, Networker)
  • Deep knowledge of scoping and sizing Dell Data Protection solutions
  • Can quickly pass or already possesses Dell Technical Architect and/or Implementation Engineer certifications for Dell DPS
  • Most work over the phone or remote login, but some travel may be required for OEM training, sales support, and customer installs
  • Knowledge of Quest (Rapid Recovery, NetVault) and Veeam products desired
  • Knowledge of other backup software (Commvault, Veritas, etc.) a plus
