About the role

  • Analyze and evolve conversational AI experiences, ensuring coherent responses, correct interpretation of intents, and identifying necessary adjustments in prompts, flows, or the knowledge base.
  • Understand and operate agent architecture.
  • Analyze dynamic execution flows of agents, including steps, chain-of-thought, and call order.
  • Understand how LangChain works.
  • Write and review technical prompts (Prompt Engineering).
  • Analyze logs and traces provided by LangChain.
  • Use observability tools to analyze agent execution step by step (inputs, outputs, and decision chain).
  • Monitor inappropriate behaviors, identify root causes, and propose corrections.
  • Analyze API integrations, interpreting requests, responses, and any failures.
  • Perform technical curation of the knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT.
  • Ability to develop, read, and adapt Python code used by agents.
  • Experience with API integrations.
  • Experience with agent architecture.
  • Experience with Prompt Engineering.
  • Knowledge of LangChain.
  • Knowledge of agent observability.
  • Desired:
  • Experience with knowledge bases.
  • Bachelor's degree completed (Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields).
  • Understanding of content curation, versioning, and structuring.
