• Architect, design, and propose solutions related to responsible systems such as Okta, Google Workspace, O365, Slack, etc.
• Maintain endpoint management and MDM infrastructure across company devices.
• Maximize system performance through monitoring, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Build automation and scripting solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Improve account lifecycle automations for a large number of SaaS applications.
• Implement and enforce security best practices across systems and endpoints.
• Document systems, processes, and infrastructure to support internal teams.
• Deploy and manage virtualization infrastructure including Proxmox setup, clustering, and VM lifecycle management.
• Configure Cloudflare Tunnel connectivity for secure access to internal services.
• Create Okta integrations with infrastructure platforms, including Proxmox.

• Provide first-level technical support via ticketing system, Slack, or email.
• Assist customers with platform-related tasks including server reboots, firewall rule setup, network configuration, and system status checks.
• Identify issues requiring escalation to Engineering or Infrastructure teams.
• Provide detailed and complete escalation summaries including business impact, troubleshooting steps performed, relevant logs, and reproduction details.
• Maintain communication ownership with the customer throughout the escalation lifecycle.
• Contribute to internal and external knowledge base articles to reduce repeat issues and improve efficiency.
• Participate in shift-based 24/7 coverage including weekends and holidays as required.
• Meet defined SLAs for first response and resolution time.
• Execute clean shift handoffs that include ticket status, customer impact, and next required actions.

• Maintain and update the Projects Portfolio Dashboard — tracking execution vs. pipeline counts, project phase summaries, and status (At-Risk / On-Track).
• Own the Risk Register Dashboard — log, classify, and report risks by group, type, and severity level using heatmap frameworks (Likelihood vs. Impact).
• Track interdependencies across programs and flag cross-project conflicts proactively.
• Monitor project health across schedule, capacity, and resource shifts.
• Support Change Control Board and Decisions Log governance cadences.
• Produce weekly/monthly portfolio health packs for senior stakeholders.
