About the role

  • Architect, design, and propose solutions related to responsible systems such as Okta, Google Workspace, O365, Slack, etc.
  • Maintain endpoint management and MDM infrastructure across company devices.
  • Maximize system performance through monitoring, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
  • Build automation and scripting solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Improve account lifecycle automations for a large number of SaaS applications.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices across systems and endpoints.
  • Document systems, processes, and infrastructure to support internal teams.
  • Deploy and manage virtualization infrastructure including Proxmox setup, clustering, and VM lifecycle management.
  • Configure Cloudflare Tunnel connectivity for secure access to internal services.
  • Create Okta integrations with infrastructure platforms, including Proxmox.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in systems engineering or systems administration.
  • Strong experience managing macOS environments and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with identity management platforms such as Okta.
  • Experience managing virtualization platforms (Proxmox, VMware, or similar).
  • Experience scripting or automating tasks using Bash, Python, or similar tools.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cloudflare, Tailscale, or modern networking tools.
  • Experience with AWS or GCP.
  • Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, or infrastructure automation tools.
  • Experience supporting security or compliance initiatives.
