About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Run customer marketing campaigns designed to drive expansion and activation across the existing customer base.
Own our presence on Gartner Peer Insights and G2, building and executing review generation programs.
Manage our customer reference program from end to end, building case studies and testimonials.
Build and maintain a tracking system for all customer content and references.
Plan and execute customer events, including executive Customer Advisory Boards (CABs).

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in a customer marketing, customer success marketing, or similar role
Experience running review generation programs on Gartner Peer Insights and/or G2
Proven ability to build and manage customer reference programs and case study pipelines
Strong project and program management skills
Experience planning and executing customer events, including executive-level formats
Comfortable working cross-functionally with CS, sales, and product marketing
Strong writer who can develop compelling customer narratives from raw interview material
Background in B2B tech or cybersecurity
Experience building or owning a customer content or reference tracking system
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Asana, or similar for program tracking
