About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run customer marketing campaigns designed to drive expansion and activation across the existing customer base.
- Own our presence on Gartner Peer Insights and G2, building and executing review generation programs.
- Manage our customer reference program from end to end, building case studies and testimonials.
- Build and maintain a tracking system for all customer content and references.
- Plan and execute customer events, including executive Customer Advisory Boards (CABs).
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in a customer marketing, customer success marketing, or similar role
- Experience running review generation programs on Gartner Peer Insights and/or G2
- Proven ability to build and manage customer reference programs and case study pipelines
- Strong project and program management skills
- Experience planning and executing customer events, including executive-level formats
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with CS, sales, and product marketing
- Strong writer who can develop compelling customer narratives from raw interview material
- Background in B2B tech or cybersecurity
- Experience building or owning a customer content or reference tracking system
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Asana, or similar for program tracking
