About the role
- Prospect for new customers in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio
- Build relationships with partners and meet sales goals
- Provide customer support to existing customers
- Engage with customers to review account health and product offerings
- Conduct pre-sales activities including lead conversion and outreach
- Present product demos to prospects
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce and forecast revenue accurately
- Mentor and coach new hires
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years technology sales experience (SaaS and/or Enterprise software sales experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with SFDC or equivalent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Experience in closing deals with structured sales methodology (Force Management or similar)
- Excellent customer and partner engagement and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to ensure interactions are always handled professionally and with the highest level of service.
