About the role

  • Prospect for new customers in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio
  • Build relationships with partners and meet sales goals
  • Provide customer support to existing customers
  • Engage with customers to review account health and product offerings
  • Conduct pre-sales activities including lead conversion and outreach
  • Present product demos to prospects
  • Manage pipeline in Salesforce and forecast revenue accurately
  • Mentor and coach new hires

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years technology sales experience (SaaS and/or Enterprise software sales experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with SFDC or equivalent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Experience in closing deals with structured sales methodology (Force Management or similar)
  • Excellent customer and partner engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to ensure interactions are always handled professionally and with the highest level of service.
