About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver day-to-day knowledge work, in order to execute predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Achieve contracted service level agreements
  • Be available to cardholders, branches and merchants in order to serve as informational support
  • Provide service excellence and achieve customer satisfaction
  • Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • NQF Level 5 qualification or higher
  • Branch experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Sales experience
  • Experience in handling complaints and resolving queries
  • Collections experience will be advantageous
  • Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
