About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver day-to-day knowledge work, in order to execute predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Achieve contracted service level agreements
- Be available to cardholders, branches and merchants in order to serve as informational support
- Provide service excellence and achieve customer satisfaction
- Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- NQF Level 5 qualification or higher
- Branch experience
- Customer service experience
- Sales experience
- Experience in handling complaints and resolving queries
- Collections experience will be advantageous
- Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
