About the role
- Lead the execution and optimisation of customer centric microinsurance products and propositions across their lifecycle
- Contribute to the execution of the approved microinsurance product strategy through market insights, data analysis, and performance feedback
- Drive customer‑centric product design and proposition execution aligned to financial inclusion, affordability, simplicity, and ease of use
- Ensure effective operationalisation of new and existing product initiatives to support speed to market, service quality, and cost discipline
Requirements
- NQF Level 7 – Honours / master’s degree
- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in insurance or financial services
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
