About the role
- Take ownership of client projects in the area of shop migration across all project phases
- Create detailed project plans and coordinate operational teams
- Ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain close coordination with clients and deliver realistic expectation management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital transformation projects – ideally in software implementations
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Practical experience is more important than a master’s degree
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Confident user of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Structured and organized way of working
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on approach and targeted resource management
- Desire for taking ownership and confident in client-facing situations
