About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform low-complexity tasks in the finance area by preparing documents, collecting and analyzing data.
Carry out area activities under supervision in process execution.
Develop area processes and projects by proposing solutions to managers.
Execute area projects upon manager validation.
Assist on area projects by performing simple tasks under supervision.
Monitor Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Treasury.
Perform other activities of similar complexity inherent to the role.
Assist in the analysis of various activities related to the financial routine, such as:
Petty cash control;
Cash flow control;
Invoice verification;
Bank reconciliation;
Analysis of taxes withheld and paid;
Posting of invoices;
Payments and receipts routine;
Collection of delinquent accounts;
Foreign exchange operations;
Recording/settlement of items in the financial management system;
Relationship with banks;
Customer and supplier service;
Responding to audit requests.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Sciences Contábeis).
Differential: Intermediate English, experience in Telecom, BI tools and Excel (Intermediate/Advanced).
