About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act in a consultative and analytical capacity to assess legal matters across contractual, regulatory, civil and labor areas, proposing solutions aligned with internal guidelines, applicable law and the company’s business strategy.
Draft, review and support medium-complexity contracts, ensuring legal compliance, adherence to internal policies, risk mitigation and alignment with market best practices.
Produce legal briefs, opinions, memoranda and formal communications with technical rigor, clarity and objectivity, contributing to the legal certainty of operations.
Support management on labor matters, both in advisory and litigation contexts, with technical proficiency, assisting in case analysis on diverse topics to provide qualified inputs for risk assessment and strategic decision-making.
Interpret and apply regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and supporting the implementation of internal policies, procedures and legal obligations.
Conduct legal scenario analyses, identifying risks, contingencies and improvement opportunities, with well-founded recommendations oriented to decision-making.
Proactively interact with internal areas (such as HR, Finance, Operations and others), translating legal issues into practical, business-oriented guidance.
Assist Level II and Level III Lawyers, as well as the legal leadership, in handling strategic matters and routine legal tasks, demonstrating progressive autonomy, critical judgment and prioritization capacity.
Contribute to the standardization, organization, optimization and continuous improvement of legal processes, promoting operational efficiency, governance and technical quality.
Monitor relevant legislative and regulatory changes, assess impacts and propose preventive or corrective actions.
Perform other related activities compatible with the complexity and nature of the role.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) with active registration in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
Experience in corporate legal practice, with work in labor, contractual and/or regulatory areas.
Solid knowledge of applicable legislation and the ability to apply it practically in a corporate environment.
Knowledge of labor legislation with practical application in corporate settings.
Experience in contract analysis and review, as well as consolidating legal information to support risk management and decision-making.
Familiarity with regulatory environments, with the ability to interpret and apply complex sector-specific rules, monitor regulatory developments, assess business impacts and contribute proactively to institutional positions and compliance strategies.
Ability to provide consultative support to business areas, with an integrated view of legal and business strategy.
