About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare compliance requirements documentation for the procurement of solutions.
Design, implement and monitor the Compliance Program, defining controls, processes, risks and a risk and control matrix.
Identify non-conformities and propose improvements to processes and operational routines.
Develop, review and guide the implementation of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) principles.
Develop an internal Compliance awareness program.
Monitor and assess risks of partners and service providers, defining Due Diligence criteria.
Draft and update policies, manuals, bylaws, processes and procedures in accordance with market best practices.
Develop, track and present Compliance reports and metrics.
Conduct audits, monitoring activities and training sessions.
Present Ethics and Compliance Channel indicators to the Ethics and Compliance Committee, including investigations, reports and opinions related to violations of the Code of Ethics and other regulations.
Support the Committee in defining and implementing mitigation and disciplinary measures.
Propose objectives, continuous assessments and guidance for the Compliance Program.
Ensure the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Compliance Program.
Periodically audit processes, procedures and practices, identifying and mitigating risks and non-conformities.
Define crisis management plans and responses to compliance breaches.
Instruct and train ABR Telecom employees based on regulations and industry best practices.
Act proactively to mitigate Compliance risks.
Ensure independent, confidential and thorough investigations of reports.
Manage corrective actions and action plans arising from investigations.
Promote a culture of integrity and ensure adherence to ABR Telecom’s internal and external guidelines.
Represent ABR Telecom in activities related to Compliance.
Assist the Compliance team and other departments in monitoring, risk prevention and implementation of action plans.
Advise departments on compliance with corporate policies and processes.
Diligently conduct investigations arising from the Ethics Channel or other sources.
Prepare Compliance reports and metrics (investigations, audits and monitoring).
Act as a Compliance Specialist.
Prepare reports for external regulatory authorities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Law or related fields
Postgraduate degree, specialization or professional certification in the relevant field
Specialization in Compliance
Intermediate English
Basic knowledge of Project, Process and People Management
Administrative writing skills
