About the role
- Manage processes related to the area's data privacy.
- Provide support to managers and employees with recruitment and selection needs.
- Participate in committees, meetings, and various programs.
- Plan and manage organizational integration/onboarding activities.
- Create, coordinate, and oversee internal events.
- Communicate activities and ensure the full organization and execution of events.
- Conduct internal and external candidate recruitment and selection.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or Psychology.
- Postgraduate degree in HR (preferred).
- Active CRP (Regional Psychology Council) registration — preferred.
- Experience with the Sólides platform (preferred).
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
