Events

• Helping the Promotions manager plan and execute promotional schedules.
• Coordinating dates and times for any promotions with different accounts around the DC area.
• Helping to coordinate event partners, staffing for the event, set up/break down, and helping to manage registration.
• Help assistants manage inventory of event material and gathering of materials pre-event.
• Hanging posters, distributing flyers and/or postcards for events, and identifying outreach opportunities.
